I am southern home cook/baker, that’s been cooking since age 8. I was introduced to this happiness by my grandmother, we were extremely close. I truly love to cook n bake & sharing that joy with family/friends. I cook more than just American/Southern cuisine, I love other cultural dishes as well. It’s more than a hobby, cooking is my mental getaway, it’s my space where nothing else matters but cooking. So I started my official YT cooking channel February 2023.
I also battle multiple chronic medical conditions but they don’t define my destiny or who I am. I still embrace life and all the joys of life.
I want to share my love with the world, as others have touched me, hopefully I can touch others.
On my good days, I do what I love “COOK”, my kitchen is where the labor of love happens❤️

Simple and easy, I toned down the heat by removing the seeds from the scotch bonnet pepper. Only cook your cabbage till tender “Not Soggy and limp”. ENJOY💕

Jamaican Fried cabbage is under my playlist title “Caribbean “. Please bake your oxtails at 350 degrees for 3 hours covered all the way. Make your coco bread while they cook. Coco bread only needs one rising for 2 hrs.
